Curious. Creative. Collaborative!
I am a mission-driven communications leader and doer with 10 years of experience leading and executing communications for mission-driven organizations.

Since 2018, my work has raised the profile of an international democracy-building non-governmental organization, a D.C. area youth services non-profit, and a financial inclusion think tank. I come up with fresh ideas and possess the drive to see them come to fruition.
I also have significant international experience. I lived and worked in Turkey for over seven years and earned my master’s in international affairs at Tufts University’s Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy.
Let me make a difference in your communications effort so you can focus on making a difference in the world. I’m based in the Washington, D.C., area. Let’s talk.
My expertise:
- strategy
- writing and editing for diverse audiences
- media relations
- digital content planning and execution

- research
- project management
- web content management

But wait! There’s more!
I published my debut novel in 2025. Sugar Beet is a coming-of-age adventure set in Turkey and Washington, D.C. Martin is a university student who wants to save the world when he interns for a comically disfunctional global non-profit in Washington, D.C. An incident gets him sent to Turkey, where protecting a coveted sugar beet crop with medicinal properties leads to action, adventure, and romance.

I had the pleasure of working with Ezra on several communications projects, including a much-needed website refresh, relaunching our weekly newsletter, and outreach for a volunteer fair. Ezra brought a well-rounded communications background to our small nonprofit. Ezra is thoughtful, creative, and a pleasure to work with.

For Global Entrepreneurship Week 2024, I produced this video about leaders from the MENA region discussing women's entrepreneurship
For the collateral below, I created the (blue and white) template, gathered and edited the copy, drafted the content, worked with my teams on revisions, produced the flyer...

Graphics
I've created dozens of graphics for social media and invitation emails...

Media Relations
I leveraged a press release that I wrote (left) into earned media coverage.
